***Garden O Gauge project***
When does a patch scrub become a garden ?
When does a patch scrub become a garden railway ?
After a lot of hard work !!!
***Gateway to our next lump of heaven!***
A JCB has been in and cleared the scrub for us.
We have been tasked with the care of this site and to turn it into a garden with a rail track, which is good news, i think. The fact is we must clear the site area of bramble roots and the hard core before we can start to build the garden and before the spring when the brambles take hold again.
THE PROJECT OUTLINE.
We have agreement to take over the area of ground at the back of our club room. This area is about 100ft square.
First step full survey of the ground with levels

third step Clear the site and collect all hardcore for signal box base
fourth step Start the build

3 WAY POINT Siting and wiringere to edit title.3 WAY
When siting or planning to use a 3 way point please remember that you will need a small straight (a minimum of 3 inches or 75 mm.) before the toe, as we found that from a bend, without that straight, the first road on the bend side will derail coaching stock. See diagram and video below.
3 Way points need some time to instal and understand as their operation is controlled by the road you select.
